OUR MISSION
We collaborate with European institutions to influence the decision-making process for the development, implementation, and evaluation of EU social and health policies and actions. Our goal is to strengthen national representative organizations of private care for the elderly. Echo promotes cooperation between stakeholders at all levels, shares best practices, supports members’ activities, and organizes international events and workshops
OUR VISION
As important welfare decisions are being made at the European level, ECHO aims to become the recognized partner of private elderly care institutions during the decision-making processes in the European Union. Through this key role, ECHO ensures a level playing field for its members in the national and local debate on long-term care. Moreover, ECHO strives to improve the quality of care for older people throughout Europe
