ANASTE Association represents, at national level, entrepreneurs providing care for dependent and independent elderly.

Established in 1990, Anaste became, soon after its birth, a national reference point for the whole private sector with the elaboration and signature, by the Ministry of Labour, of the National Labour Collective Agreement for the private care home sector with the most representative Italian Trade Unions. With the foundation of Regional Anaste Associations in almost all Italian Regions ANASTE has become representative party of local health and social authorities in all care matters.

ANASTE priority objectives are:
the safeguard of members, the establishment of an entrepreneurial culture in health and social care services, the staff high quality training, the continuous professional development of providers, the working out of innovative management models, the steady increase of residents quality life.

Every year ANASTE organizes regional and national forums, seminars and congresses to debate issues of particular interest for the sector.

ANASTE cooperates with the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs. With N.A.S. has worked out the manual for control inspections; with ISPELS, the Guide Lines for risks evaluations in nursing homes; with FIPE, the manual of H.A.C.C.P.

With Link Campus University of Malta has been realized ANASTE CAMPUS e-training body in the field of health and social care services for managers and care staff with degree release.
